Welcome, everyone! So, Henri (the one and only we know) and I are creating a "Graduate Writing & Research Hub" (GWRH) in hopes of supporting graduate students during their studies at Cal Lutheran. This newsletter will serve as a weekly communication with everyone (who subscribes to this newsletter) and share any announcement, resources (services, events, tools etc.), and stories regarding graduate writing and research for their academic success at Cal Lutheran.

Greetings Graduate and Professionals Programs students! Thank you for dropping by. I'm Henri Mondschein, Head of Graduate Instruction & Outreach at the Pearson Library. I'm teaming up with Scott and the Writing Center to help you succeed at Cal Lutheran. My role is to support you with your research as well as your thesis and dissertation writing. We have many excellent research databases and writing tools to help you through your academic journey. You'll see me visiting some of your classes. I'll also familiarize you with tools such as Academic Writer. More on that later! For now, I look forward to meeting you soon.

• Focus Writing for 60 minutes
• Coffee, chat, and networking with fellow Cal Lutheran students

On our scheduling system, graduate students can schedule online sessions for writing consultation or a Written feedback appointment (No meeting and discussion needed, just submit your paper for review and comments.)
