Looking to complete your STEM OPT reporting? All required STEM OPT Reporting (6, 12, 18, and 24 months) can be completed by submitting a STEM OPT Reporting form on your OISS portal. Step-by-step instructions are available on the form to guide you through the process.

 

Please note that the processing time is 7–10 business days.

 

Important: Any employment changes must be reported within 10 days. This includes submitting a final evaluation for your previous employer and a new Form I-983 from your new E-verified employer before a new I-20 can be issued.

MPOWER FINANCING: MONTHLY SCHOLARSHIP 

MPOWER Scholarship's Monthly Scholarship Series will be awarding US$36,000 this year to help 36 international students fund their education dreams. The April Scholarship celebrates Earth Day and ecological and conservation efforts worldwide. To apply for the April Monthly scholarship, students are invited to share how they demonstrate care for Planet Earth through their academic, professional, or personal experiences.

 

Deadline: April 30, 2026

 

Awards: $1,000 (3 winners)

 

Eligibility Requirements:

Be admitted to, or enrolled in, a full-time degree program at a U.S school that MPOWER supports (CLU is eligible)

Be an international student permitted to legally study in the U.S., as applicable:

 

For study in the U.S., this means that the applicant meets one of these criteria:

  • Has a valid visa that permits study in the U.S., or
  • Is protected under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
